I dont know much about this whole MC Forums thingy but i figure i would give it a try. Recently I have been trying to play and load nei, chickenbones core, and waila. Whenever I try to launch it says Something about nei. Here is the crash report.

I Tried redownloading all of them, even redownloaded minecraft, please help me!

I believe we're looking at the developer version of NEI, not the real one. Can't say 100%, but be sure you have the "Universal" not the "Developer" version of NEI.
