Optifine and SEUS Shaders Error

I've tried running both indivudually and they both work.

PC Specs:

CPU: FX-8150 @3.8Ghz

GPU: Radeon HD 7790

RAM: Kingston 8Gig @ 1600

This is what the client says. I see down at the bottom, it says "unable to launch", buuut yeahhh.
