I just recently reset my Alienware mx17 to factory settings. I am very good with computers but have never had a problem like this with minecraft. I thought it was conflicting with something in windows.old but nothing changed when I deleted it. I have tried everything, if you've never seen this before, just try your best to help me out. Heres the video.
That looks like a graphics card issue (either with the drivers or the hardware). Does this happen with other games or just Minecraft? Also, does it still happen if you disable all resourcepacks and play pure vanilla (no mods & no textures) Minecraft?
If this happens with other games that use OpenGL, then it is probably a bad bit on your graphics card. If it is just Minecraft and it still happens without mods/texture packs, then you could try manually updating the LWJGL libraries (replace the .dll files with the ones from the LWJGL website). If you only get that problem with mods or high-res textures, then if could be a bug.
