So, I recently got back into Minecraft, and I started up a new world earlier today. I saved and exited the game and came back to it later, only to find that it would not allow me to highlight the world itself. I tried creating multiple new worlds with no success, even tried reinstalling the client itself. Any help would be very appreciated.
So I saw Minecraft updated to 1.8.1, and my problem is still not fixed, I'm wondering if it's a computer issue. I'm running Windows 8.1 with up to date touchpad drivers.
What happens is, i can click the main buttons on the menu screen, but once I get to the select world or select server screen, clicking on a world/server will not highlight it, therefore not allowing me to enter it. I've also noted that I am unable to drag the scroll bar on the controls section of the options menu.

But have no fear. Mustek says it's not a bug. Must be a feature.
