Ok, so in the past 3 days i changed three things with my computer, i removed mcafee, i updated logitech gaming software, and updated and then downgraded from java 8.
I noticed that now im stuck in offline mode in both minecraft.exe and techniclauncher.exe
I tried logging out, but now I cant even log in, it tells me
Sorry, but we couldnt connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that minecraft is not blocked.
Im sure about both of those.
May I add, that under the we couldnt connect to our servers thing, in smaller print it says connection refused: connect

Stuck in offline "mode"? "Offline" is not a mode. Play offline just means that the launcher wasn't connected to the internet when opened. Even if the launcher says "play offline" you should still be able to do online things. See if you are really connected to the internet.

Anything an idiot would do I didnt do, thats basically it.
I havent done something incredibly stupid.
It was working until 3 days ago. It stopped working, i logged out, trying to do the relog technique, and now when i try to log in it says sorry but we couldnt connect to our servers.... connection refused:connect.
Does anyone know if logitech gaming software update could have somehow triggered this, because the things I did before it stopped working were:
Update logitech gaming software to the one with ARX Control
Get mcafee through adobe and then remove it
Turn on intel rapid boot or whatever it is called
Turn on gigabyte ultra rapid boot
Notice MC doesnt work

Fixed. If anyone in the future has this problem,
and these dont work:
resetting hosts file
reinstalling java
running antivirus cleaner
unadding and readding java through firewall
reinstalling mc
then it is likely to be your router, so you will have to reset it, and update its firmware if possible
