You also seem to have some AVG installed along side ESET, nothing else is standing out to me though (i am kinda new at reading those logs so maybe missing something)
alright so im still having the problems and i got rid of avg and fixed ESET... maybe if i wipe my comp completely then just reinstall. this seems like my last option.
