Fist of all you don't need to "hold" control to dash. You just need to tap it. And second, try checking your controls like the last guy said. And maybe see if your spacebar (or jump key) works while holding control for the rest of your computer.

hmm apparently windows doesn't want you to hold control while pressing space, anyone know a fix?
Do you have any programs that might have grabbed the key? I had a program update itself with a new 'hot key' feature that causes crouch not to work any time that program is running.
