There seems to be a problem with carpenters blocks.....
I know this is a Tekkit pack, but try removing carpenters mod.
Navigate to your .technic folder and delete carpenters blocks mod (start>run>%appdata%>.technic>modpacks>attack of the b'team>mods and look for carpentersblocks and delete it.
I am using build 1.0. 13c - Latest
Any & all help is needed & appreciated.
