I play vanilla Minecraft and I play mostly on play.itsjerryandharry.com. I get random lag spikes even though my PC is beast. It just randomly freezes and sometimes it says that java is not responding. What can I do to stop this?

PC Specs:

Intel Core i7-4770K

32GB of RAM

NVIDIA GTX 745

Pls help.

I have the exact same problem! All except the java error. I have searched all over the web for solutions to this problem but to no avail!

A whole bunch of people are having the same issue since they updated to 1.8.

Computer Specs:

2.3 Ghz i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M with 2GB of GDDR5 memory
