I have quite likely broken my Minecraft launcher. I've tried uninstalling Minecraft, but nothing will work. What happened, is, I was installing a version of forge, then I deleted the older version that I was currently using, and now my launcher won't load.
Click the Edit Profile button and see what version of forge is selected. Then check your minecraft/versions folder to see if you still have that forge version installed. If in doubt, reinstall forge and reselect for it in the Edit Profile (close the launcher when you're reinstalling forge).
&appdata&\.minecraft\versions check there and see which cersion you actually have installed if you uninstalled it then you shouldnt have it there. if that folder is empty thats why you cant load any minecraft versions because none exist. delete the versions folder restart the installer make it download the versions again.

Curse PremiumTo install it correctly:
1. Download the version you want: http://files.minecraftforge.net/
Note: Download a Installer version (this is a JAR file)
2. Open the installer jar file.
3. Select Install client (everything is ready by default)
4. Open your launcher, or reopen the launcher if you had it open already. Reopening is needed for updating the available versions.
5. Now select edit profile and select the right version (For example: release 1.7.10-Fore10.13.0.1208)
6. Launch the game and start installing mods.
Good Luck!
