Hi!
I have a Average Laptop with Nvidia GeForce 315M and a Intel i5 [email protected] I have 31 mods and they are...
Optifine, the 3 basic mods(Minecraft coder pack,FML and Forge), Applied Energetics 2, CodeChicken Core, NEI, Bspkrs Core, Armour Status HUD, Damage Indicators, Tree Capitator, Buildcraft, IC2, Backpacks, Immibis Core, Dimensional Anchors, Dungeon Pack, EnderStorage, Eternal Isles, Extra Utilities, iChunUtil, Morph, Ruins, TelePads, Voxel Map and Walia.
I have just recently installed Optifine and Extra Utilities.
I have started my own Modded map and everything was fine for a few weeks. Then my Fps dropped dramatically. I could still place blocks and break them but I had trouble moving.
Then I installed Optifine which solved my problems. I decided to install Extra Utilities and everything ran fine for a few days.
But one day I was starting my world and it loaded fine. Everything was normal. The Fps was up to 40 average and I could walk around normally with not even a trace of lag. But when I try to perform an action like Morphing into something, opening a GUI of a block or break a block nothing would happen. The block I broke will remain broken but the item wont drop and the world wont save. Only 4 chunks load and when I try to load more I just end up in the void. If I try to go through the nether portal the animation will come but nothing will happen. If I try to save and quit to title the "Shutting Down internal server" screen will show up and the game will end up as a Not Responding loop.
According to Task Manager, Minecraft takes up 99% of the CPU power. I tried opening webpages and even watched YouTube but nothing would slow down. I tried uninstalling Optifine and deleting the .minecraft folder except the saves folder, the config folder, the versions folder and the options.txt but it made no difference. I could run games that take up much more resources than minecraft and they run fine. I also uninstalled Forge and reinstalled it by deleting the launcher profiles and the forge version and using the installer. Just nothing seems to work!
So, if you need any more information I will be glad to provide it,
Thank you for taking my problem into consideration. Help will be very much appreciated.
EDIT:
I have just loaded one of my very old minecraft backup saves and it runs flawlessly! So the problem is in the save file. Can someone please show me how to fix this? I can upload my world if it helps!
First, do not assume that you can run other games that take up much more resources than minecraft so lightly.
You just said that minecraft was using 99% of your CPU.
Do your other games use 150% or something?
(Sorry, if this sounded hurtful, I just needed to tell you)
Your world probably has a tileEntity from one of your mods that's making things slow.
You can use OPIS to help find that tileEntity.
Look it up on youtub for a better demonstration on what it can do.

Here is prove of Minecraft using resources when running my World.
Here is when I run my backup Modded world.
As you see, my backup world takes much less resources
Here is my computer running Goat Sim
As you see, minecraft for some reason is demanding a lot of resources because of something in the world or something.
I will look up OPIS.
Thanks,

I tried to run the Opis command, /opis_chunk and /opis_start but nothing happened. I tried to type random text in the chat box but nothing happened! I'm pretty sure that my save game is corrupt.

I followed the instructions and my world opened successfully! The only problem was that every non-vanilla block or entity was replaced by a random block or entity. So all my wiring and systems are replaced with random blocks! I deleted this world and I still have a backup of my corrupted world. If I could get help on editing the NBT file and repairing it everything would be fine! I don't care if I loose my inventory because I have a backup of it in NEI so if someone could show me I will be on my way. I could upload my level.dat file and any other required files if needed.

Pls someone help! I have worked out it's a block or entity that stops my world from loading. I can use MCEdit to remove it! Can someone show me how to identify it?
