if i stand in one spot... no problem over 100FPS usually
but if i walk ANY direction previous or unexplored direction after like 1-3 seconds i get a massive framerate lag down to 3-15FPS for a few seconds and it's extremely irritating and annoying every time i play minecraft
I have a quad core processor latest 2.42Ghz speed
4GB of memory with Intel HD Graphics 2GB video memory latest java 7 64-bit (minecraft is set to use 64-bit java)
and 500GB hard drive brand new less than half a year since i got this computer and it's happened since day one with every version of minecraft from the earliest beta build all the way up to the latest RELEASE 1.8.1-pre4
so i know my hardware is plenty for AT LEAST minecraft 1.7.10
playing in default minecraft windowed resolution (not maximized or fullscreen)
I dont get the lag in minecraft classic if i wait for the chunks updates to reach 0 it never stutters ever again after it reaches 0 on any render distance or setting and i never get anymore chunk updates either but thats practically the only version of minecraft that i dont get the stutters on.. i get over 200FPS on any setting on classic
Is there any solution? optifine seems to only make it worse besides the fact i modified every possible optifine setting to make it the "ugliest" "lowest" possible settings i can even set with the best performance enhancing options as well i still get the same stuttering no matter what i do! limiting my FPS doesnt help either i have literally tried every possible combination of setting and yields no change to the extremely annoying stuttering. on the lowest settings i'm sitting at like 400FPS standing in one spot and yep down to 5-15FPS when i walk or fly in creative mode until i stop moving it goes back down after a few seconds?? does anyone have any idea what the issue is?

does no one have any solution?? the only thing ive found to help at all was limit my FPS artificially through external framelimiter software instead of the inbuilt framelimiter from the in-game options and that helps a little but not enough it still varies wildly and is never consistant enough to be enjoyable.
