My problem is, that in multiplayer, chunks do not load, and players don't appear of move, even if I get 50ms ping, and even if they do load, I get timed out. When I join servers in which I get 300+ ping, I am falling through the void, and nothing happens, then I finally get timed out. I tried reinstalling java, reinstalling minecraft, and I'm pretty sure my internet speed is good. My FPS is fine, this is not about the FPS, and it's been happening for about 5-6 months now.

I tried connecting through my laptop, it loads a little faster but I still get timed out.
