i am currently playing flansmod 4.8.0 for 1.7.10 and i am walking very very slowly,i am not crouched, my Fov is normal, i have reinstalled, deleted minecraft and started all over again and still it happens. my inventory is empty i literally just walk so slow! it almost looks as if things have gotten bigger though like i am closer to the floor but its not FOV. it doesn't happen in single player only on 1 of the servers, what can i do? i will even try record it if it helps

It's probably a thing with that server, maybe to prevent players from doing a certain thing. Being under the effect "slowness" has the results you described.

Slow potions can come in slower varieties than are actually brew-able. You were probably slowed down by the server when it applied you with slowness over the regular amount (2).
