I downloaded a Technic modpack and added some mods to it, totalizing 161. I installed all of them corectly, but couldn't check if there are any ID conflicts since the config files are generated after initializing minecraft, and when I start it, it keeps on "initializing x mod 0%" then simply closes. I cheked on task viewer but there isn't no "javaw.exe" so the process just ran out. Could that be a RAM problem? I have 3.9gb and configurated the launcher so it would have 3gb, and closed all other programs.

You are launching this from the Technic Launcher correct? Nevertheless I used modify Technic mod packs myself and I always had trouble getting them to work. The best thing to do in this case is to make your own mod pack with all the mods you want. This way you can ensure they will work harmoniously without any problems.
Cheers
