Hey guys so when i play mine craft on an amplified world i see it only uses about 50% of my cpu (i7 4790k) it then starts to lag a little. I do not know why it does i have plenty of ram (16gb) lots of gpu power whats not really used. any suggestions? also when i quit i get an error saying java se binary has stopped responding. If i play with normal settings like 16 render distance i find while flying although no lag it just stops loading chunks.

Try setting it to high priority in the task manager.

This is Minecraft's problem and not yours. I don't think you can do much about it. Minecraft uses inefficient technologies and has a lot of performance problems like this. It is being gradually improved but the best improvement would be to not use Java.
