Getting straight to the point, whenever I have tried to open minecraft, straight after pressing play the game opens on a black screen and a message appears saying "Java SE binary has stopped working" and I have to close the program. This only happens when launching the 1.8 version of minecraft. it DOES NOT happen on any other versions. I have uninstalled all versions of java and have reinstalled only the latest 64x update of java 7. I also have the latest gpu driver for my nvidia geforce GT 635M.The rest of my computer specs:
Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @2.30GHz
16GB of RAM (1GB allocated to minecraft. Doesn't work if I change up to 4GB)
Windows 8.1 OS
jre-7u71-windows-x64
