I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have a mod pack installed. It does not use Forge or modloader. I just download it from the internet and put it in my versions folder. Here is the crash report

Any mod pack that is version 1.7 or higher doesn't work. I tried the 1.6.4 mod pack and it worked perfectly. I have Windows 7 x32. Here are some pictures inside my .minecraft folder, then inside the versions folder, then inside the modpack folder, then what pops up when i click the .jar file, then what the .json file looks like. I don't know what else to post. Please help. I don't know when this started happening because I stopped playing minecraft about last year March and I barely started playing again this week. It's really annoying. And know its not the modpack because thousands of people have downloaded including my cousin and they don't have a problem at all.

And to answer your other question, yes Vanilla 1.7.4 and higher do work perfectly fine. How can I fix this problem
