so alot of people have told me to update my driver and it should work, nope ive watched so many guides and nothing seems to help
so i tried to download it again and run it but the game just dosnt seem to download any update at all
Right, so as minecraft told you your driver was not up to date. You insisted it was, and didn't provide any info about it, refused to hear about your driver being the problem, but your driver was in fact the problem.
You had Microsoft's minimal compatibility driver. The video shows you how to retrieve and install the latest fully functional driver that's available from the manufacturer.
And you didn't even need to go through the extra hoops that video has for installing an old driver on a new OS since the HD8K series is still supported on Windows 8 & 8.1 unlike the Radeons that video was aiming at.

Curse Premium- Graphics drivers are outdated, they do not support required OpenGL support to run Minecraft.
- Invalid memory allocation, if you set any Java arguments in your Profile Settings, please remove them.
