You know you can make Java use more RAM, right? Also, an SSD won't make a difference in performance (from personal experience, so I'm not sure).
On topic: I don't suggest an alienware computer, nor do I suggest a laptop of any kind. A new graphics card is all you really need, anyways (from the looks of it). If you do want a new computer, look around for one that has a good amount of RAM (6 gigs seems good enough, though 8 is obviously better), along with a good graphics card with a couple gigs of V-RAM. Other than that, I would suggest researching some good computer specs and seeing what you can afford.
SSDs do make a difference in performance. It's not drastic, but it is still very much an improvement over an HDD. The faster that your computer can grab data, the faster the computer is going to be.

Makes sense. I never noticed a difference, but I guess I also never really bothered to check. Thanks for the info (I may just start using SSDs more often)!

The Razer Gaming laptop frickin sucks the only thing that I found the razer laptop has better than the alienware is the battery life (almost twice as long) and I really dont care about battery life and the alienware laptops performance it just an EXTREMELY slight distance away from the razer laptop
And the Razer Gaming Laptop is also only thinner than the laptop and weighs only 2 pounds less
And the alienware also costs less

The graphics are better
The performance almost matches up
More plug-ins
better keyboard
Just better than the razer
Building a custom PC would be better and lower price then both.

And the Alienware 14" is about $1K
And the Alienware 17" is about $2K (A little bit higher)
You don't have to do those types of things. Tell me your budget and I can build you a computer that will fit that budget, and send you to the ordering URL. I can build you a $600 console killer, or I can build you a $3500 timeless beast machine.

Oh dood you really don't have to do this I'm not gonna buy the laptop until next month I will have enough money to buy it
then
And relating to the FPS LAg of my other computer I activated all of the 4 cores that I wasn't using its getting 50 FPS on 3 Gigs of memory just wanted to point that out
If you want to know what kind of core it was here it is:
4th Generation i5 Intel Core Processor (I'm not really sure on what my computer specs were, the device manager was a little bit confusing for me)
And for some reason I'm laughing because you typed fat
