Before I get into the problem the mods i use are Better Sprinting (Player API, Forge) and Optifine (Forge). I don't know what the problem is, I don.t think it's a Ddos and I don't think it's a connection issue either because I have the best internet in the area and I'm using an Ethernet cable. The problem happens when I'm on a server then player freeze for about 20 sec. After that it's a 50/50 chance whether i disconnect or not. If you can get a fix for both problems that would be great because I'm a PvPer and the freezing always means I die whether I get disconnected or not. It says this Internal Exception: java.io.IOExeption: an established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. I am using 1.7.10.
Ummm... is this a modded server? With the mods you're using? If not, it is easy to see why you're getting disconnected.... Plus,using mods like that on a vanilla server can probably get you banned....
