Select it and click Change button. Here you want to Uninstall and then Express Uninstall.
First download the driver I linked above before doing this.

No, nothing to addon. Just you have an WDDM labeled driver and that won't work.
what happens if i want to revert back to the ATI RADEON HD 5000?
You cannot change hardware by software. There is no reason to revert back to an old driver unless problems occur. Drivers are a install once and leave it alone unless forced to upgrade/reinstall it basis.
Also forgot this machine has Intel Graphics as well. So the intel graphics driver will be needed as well. But will get to that in a bit.
First I need the full model number of this laptop.
All I know is based on DXDiag.
Satellite Pro C640 (Need rest of this, sorta like Satellite Pro C640-SP4253L for example)
Toshiba

Funny thing, I have no solution to this because I had the exact same issue on upgrading one of my families' computers from Windows 7 to Windows 8 and I get the error "Pixel Format not Accelerated." Because the Windows 8 OS has huge differences with the Windows 7, a new driver update is needed for the car, and that should fix the problem for you. However it did not for me. It was an ATI Raedon but I do not recall the model. I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled it so many times it was ridiculous. After days, I flagged that problem as unfixable. I believe the only unconventional solution to that is to get a new card but it may not even work on that. Just good luck all I can say.

What, and where did you get this driver? Cause WDDM labeled is not the driver you need and is an generic driver.

This should been where you got it from and installed.
Uninstall the current driver using Program and Features in Control Panel. An install the correct driver.
What do I do?
Under Programs And Features, the only thing related to drivers is the AMD Catalyst Install Manager.

im sorry but this name is really all i have
Such is fine. Do all that I said about with AMD driver first. Then we can move on with the Intel Driver for the iGPU.
Not hard anyway to find the model given hardware specifications.
