No it didn't give me the option. I have the right disk to reset it again if needed, but no it didn't give me the option to reset that portion of the drive, plus I wouldn't have done it even if it did lol. But anyways, I really am thankful for the help, you've helped me a bunch even though my problem still exists...

I am starting to believe this problem is direct with the HD6310 iGPU. As most of the other similar crashes (same exception access 0xc5) as well have same GPU and or CPU (AMD E-300 series).

But I have recently, just tonight while LAN playing with another person on Running Red FTB, they encountered the same access violation, excep on Intel GMA965 (X3100) graphics. That is not related to MC at all but Java and OS and C++. There is either something wrong with your operating system installation, C++ Redistribution (should been installed by java each time), or Java installation itself.
Given no other issues are happening, I say it is most not the operating system. C++ Redistribution is normally fine as is. Java is on other hand, demanding an complete wipe out and reinstall.
Follow as I list here. You try this at own peril.
Uninstall ALL Java using Control Panel > Program & Features
C:\Users\USERDIR\AppData\LocalLow and look for these folders: Oracle & Sun
If you found the folders. Delete both of them and accept any warnings given. You would think java cleans up itself, but it doesn't.
Now go to C:\ProgramData.
There will be another Oracle & Sun folders in here, Oracle folder may be empty but can be delete anyway as well Sun folder.
Lastly check in C:\Program Files (x86) and C:\Program Files for any Java folder. If found, delete it.
Attempting to play on Running Red 2: Vampire Money (v1.0.1) modpack from FTB. I have to test it on 32 bit java to ensure laptop can play it somewhat decent as well.
But I never expected to encounter this crash that has been showing up lately. I will test this with Vanilla MC when I can since I know an trigger for it. This is quite amusing really. As 64 bit java works fine, but 32 bit on 1GiB of ram allocation, not so much. Also to note my system is well taken care of, very well taken care of. Also using J7 U71 and AMD 14.9.
Will look into this further personally. As this is very interesting.

Means there is incompatibility with Java/LWJGL and graphics driver. So this is an 32 bit vs 64 bit issue given it is memory addressing issues.

Maybe you could get an Live version of Ubuntu/Debian or make and install to an large flash drive and run off that and see if happens there.

The problem seems to be specific to Windows 32 bit (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1).
Java version does not matter, be Java 7 or 8. Graphics Driver does not matter either based on findings.

No it didn't give me the option. I have the right disk to reset it again if needed, but no it didn't give me the option to reset that portion of the drive, plus I wouldn't have done it even if it did lol. Going back to the source faulting module. The AMD Driver may been reinstalled, but given there is some things about the AMD A-300 and HD6310 stuff.
There is one thing you can try and easy to revert too.
Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE (or just open start menu, type %appdata% in search, hit enter).
Now you see Profiles.xml. Open this in Notepad and then press CTRL + F and search for CatalystAI.

Okay now that I've done that what do I do, I don't feel like anything changed...
Still crashes?
I am starting to believe this problem is direct with the HD6310 iGPU. As most of the other similar crashes (same exception access 0xc5) as well have same GPU and or CPU (AMD E-300 series).
But there is still other things to check and try.
I haven't tested it since I have been at work until 11 and have school in the morning but when I get a chance I will test it.
To put it better, am just weeding down common expected things. Just because AMD driver is pointed as the faulting module, does not always mean it is so.
But I have recently, just tonight while LAN playing with another person on Running Red FTB, they encountered the same access violation, excep on Intel GMA965 (X3100) graphics. While it may be using an custom driver, this is the first I have seen of it. I need to look at it further though to see what all is what. I do know it is using Java 8 u11 (special reasons).

That is not related to MC at all but Java and OS and C++. There is either something wrong with your operating system installation, C++ Redistribution (should been installed by java each time), or Java installation itself.
Given no other issues are happening, I say it is most not the operating system. C++ Redistribution is normally fine as is. Java is on other hand, demanding an complete wipe out and reinstall.

Self replicated this issue personally.
Attempting to play on Running Red 2: Vampire Money (v1.0.1) modpack from FTB. I have to test it on 32 bit java to ensure laptop can play it somewhat decent as well.
But I never expected to encounter this crash that has been showing up lately. I will test this with Vanilla MC when I can since I know an trigger for it. This is quite amusing really. As 64 bit java works fine, but 32 bit on 1GiB of ram allocation, not so much. Also to note my system is well taken care of, very well taken care of. Also using J7 U71 and AMD 14.9.
Will look into this further personally. As this is very interesting.

So, I know not if you read my posts on this thus far, including how I found to sorta replicate it.
I did find that I only am able to replicate personally this issue on 32 bit java.
Another error at same time from MC states GL at 1280 something.
And further digging I found that: J 3177 org.lwjgl.opengl.GL11.nglCallLists(IIJJ)V (0 bytes) @ 0x02ca0a7d [0x02ca0a20+0x5d]
Means there is incompatibility with Java/LWJGL and graphics driver. So this is an 32 bit vs 64 bit issue given it is memory addressing issues.

No changes to say. I have a fairly concluded this is an 32 bit issue of LWJGL (and/or Java). As I am still only able to replicate when I try on 32 bit java (even on an 32 bit Windows OS machine).
So what should I do?
At time, nothing outside installing an 64 bit windows. If you have your product key, you could use it to arm the same version of windows, but the 64 bit of it. (OEM only though).

The problem seems to be specific to Windows 32 bit (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1).
Java version does not matter, be Java 7 or 8. Graphics Driver does not matter either based on findings.
