hmm.. the error is not showing the AMD drivers are crashing, lets try doing a full uninstall of those drivers (AMD Catalyst install manager in control panel > uninstall/change program)
Do not worry we are here to help. But... I have no idea what is causing this. Since this first happened, can you recall ANYTHING at all, like one little detail that you did to your computer? And BTW UAC does not matter now since you have full administrative rights. But to tell you it stands for User Accounts Control. It is only on Windows and you know when you install a new program and the screen darkens and a small pop up shows up to authorize your are installing something? Thats what it is. It does that just for precautions so you do not do something you do not want or prevent guests from installing things without an administrative password.
So yeah.
Okay now I've done that. But it still crashes... I don't know what to do :l.......
So far I can tell it is either a server-side thing but I highly do not think so or something else. That something else can be discovered if you can recall anything you have done to change your computer recently.

Try launching minecraft without any custom java arguments using vanilla client. An like try an old build, like Beta 1.5 (yes that far back).
Do other games work? Given another java game to quick test to see if it loads, try here: http://www.runescape.com/game Only need to just load to login screen, also you can remove cache files found in C:\Users\Username. Folder called jagexcache and then a file jagex_cl_runescape_LIVE.dat. Just delete them to erase that test history (unless you do play RS, then don't).
Try the memory test with the Cache on, refer to the article on how to do that. May have to use the old memtest (requires burning a program to a CD and booting with it).

Do other games work? Given another java game to quick test to see if it loads, try here: http://www.runescape.com/game Only need to just load to login screen, also you can remove cache files found in C:\Users\Username. Folder called jagexcache and then a file jagex_cl_runescape_LIVE.dat. Just delete them to erase that test history (unless you do play RS, then don't).
Try the memory test with the Cache on, refer to the article on how to do that. May have to use the old memtest (requires burning a program to a CD and booting with it).
This can take a bit, open Command Prompt (Right click and Run As Admin, should say Administrator at top of the CMD window title bar). Now type in SFC /SCANNOW .

I'm really sorry if my computer is being troublesome.... Idk what's wrong with it. Like before I factory reset it (I did have the disk to do that) It worked perfectly no matter what I did to it, minecraft would never crash.... Could there be an error in my installation of the disk? No, that is not an false assumption. Instead however NTFS permissions are the next thing. When you reinstalled/factory reset, did you format the partition you installed windows to, or did it not give you the option?

ModeratorI know not if this has been tried, but turn off UAC (temporary to test with).
Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts
Then at bottom is a thing called Change User Account Control settings.
In that window, change the slider to either bottom or to second from bottom.
For testing, I would suggest moving slider all the way to bottom.
Well test if the problem is fixed of course. Given it is an Access Violation error, this is something to consider.

I would say run an memory test. As this is another place such can occur.

The Test Mix should be Extended for this case, without cache and 1 pass count (at most).

Okay I ran the memory test, no problems were found. I don't know what to do anymore...
The Exception_Access_Violation errors are to say in simple, there is accepted access to protected memory for another application by another application.
Either memory can be full, faulty driver (AMD in this case), faulty hardware (Ram modules) and/or corrupt OS install.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know I'm thankful for all the help your putting into my problem, I launched minecraft 1.5 and I messed around on single player for about 15-20 minutes and crashed, same error report, I play runescape a bunch I could log in and play the game perfectly fine, I tried the memory test over night, no problems again and the SFC /SCANNOW found nothing either........ I'm really sorry if my computer is being troublesome.... Idk what's wrong with it. Like before I factory reset it (I did have the disk to do that) It worked perfectly no matter what I did to it, minecraft would never crash.... Could there be an error in my installation of the disk? Or what? I mean I'm just throwing stuff out there...
No, that is not an false assumption. Instead however NTFS permissions are the next thing. When you reinstalled/factory reset, did you format the partition you installed windows to, or did it not give you the option?
