Hello, I'm AustinAyers105. I recently installed Minecraft, but forgot to enable it to use the internet. Is there any way I can somehow enable Minecraft to use Internet? I really want to go online... I never play solo, unless I'm looking for seeds to post on my page. So please, help?
As far as I know, there is no "disabling" or "enabling" Internet connection in Minecraft. You have to know a server IP/name you want to join, and you would have to add it to your server list when you go into the Multiplayer option of the Main Menu.

I meant like at first, when you first play Minecraft, it asks you if you want the Java SE Platform to access your internet and it asks which internet type you want it to connect to. I accidentally chose Offices instead of home networks, so now I cannot get connect to any IP's

I do not know what HijackThis is... Plus, this is a school laptop, and it still gave me the option to enable internet access, though I don't know the firewall they use...

Norton/Symantec
Windows
Comodo
If you are not sure of how to find your firewall, you can use run HijackThis, send the report in a post, and we can look from there
