Before I get into the problem the mods i use are Better Sprinting (Player API, Forge) and Optifine (Forge). I don't know what the problem is, I don.t think it's a Ddos and I don't think it's a connection issue either because I have the best internet in the area and I'm using an Ethernet cable. The problem happens when I'm on a server then player freeze for about 20 sec. After that it's a 50/50 chance whether i disconnect or not. If you can get a fix for both problems that would be great because I'm a PvPer and the freezing always means I die whether I get disconnected or not. (please don't respond until i have the picture on the thread so you can fix it).
