After atempting to upload my skin 5 times over the last 2 days it has not changed at http://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftSkins/The_Gentlmen.png or ingame and its not even allowing me to reset to the defualt steve skin. Can anyone help Me?

Edit:: The skin i want is bellow.
