I get extreme lag when playing the Yogscast Complete Pack

Like the title said, I get extreme lag when playing the Yogscast Complete Pack from the AT Launcher. I have allowed 2.5 gigs of data to the launcher and I only am able to run 1-2 fps (Which is horrible). I have disabled the morph mod, global chat, and reis minnimap, and have added pneumaticcraft. All my settings are as low as they can go, fast graphics, minimal particles, tiny render distance, and a few others. Can anyone help me, I really want to play this!

First of all, what are your computer specs? That way I can tell if you can actually run it. Did you build it yourself or buy it from a store?
