I was playing with Skype for about 15 min. When i started Minecraft with Rei's Minimap and Optifine installed (NO FORGE/VANILLA.) After Minecraft loaded up I clicked on multiplayer and crashed!
So what I did was I reinstalled Optifine and removed Rei's Minimap, and when i started and clicked on multiplayer I crashed!
FIX:
1.Backup some parts of your .minecraft folder (Saves,mods,assets,servers.dat,etc.)
2.Save your backup somewhere
3.Delete your .minecraft folder
4.Reload Minecraft and leave.
5.Move your backup files to your reset .minecraft folder
6. YAY FIXED!!! (LOL I BROKE FORGE)

Let's reiterate. You computer is very, very old. It was never meant to run games. Quadro GPUs are optimized for stuff like 2D CAD drawings, or using multiple monitors.
There's a very good chance Minecraft (and many other games) won't run correctly (or at all) on it.
It did work!
Here's the whole story.
I was using Skype and my computer kept crashing, (lack of RAM I think) after that the game started to crash then, i removed Reis Minimap, got a new Optifine version, and reinstalled the graphics driver, and none of that works. NOW STOP SPAMMING ME WITH "Your computer is very old."

Got a new driver.
I have no other computer to use!
OK, I give up.
I just don't like forge.
It did work!
Here's the whole story.

Now that I have Vanilla working forge doesn't crash but never loads.
