When I go to 1.6.4 world, I discovered that Pixelmon is popping up even if I don't want. Then how can I disable Pixelmon from my map in which I don't need Pixelmon mod?
If the map was already made with Pixelmon installed, the map is broken if Pixelmon is removed. Simple, either rename it to Pixelmon(stuffstuff).jar.Disabled or just move it out of the Mods folder.
Also, how can I disable Pixelmon beforehand?

NO. I said I disable only Pixelmon mod with Forge mod running.
