I cant run MC above lowest settings.

So my old pc was able to run MC with full settings but my laptop cant play above the lowest settings.

My laptop has a 2.2ghz I7 2670 quadcore processor, GEFORCE GT 630m (2gb), and 8gb of memory and still it cannot play minecraft smoothly above a rendering distance of 3 chunks. What do?
