This is nothing new, as it happens every big update for me, but this time, there is no AA option to turn on in Minecraft's default video settings. The lines are bad this time, to the point where I get a headache and can't play. I have an Nvidia GTX 650 graphics card, but I have no idea how to fix it in the control panel, even after some Google-ing.
The picture I posted doesn't really show how bad it is, but it's an example.
