So I downloaded quite a few helpful mods but only problem is, My minecraft is lagging really badly, I tried using FPS Plus mods but they lagged minecraft more .-. so can someone help me find out which mods cause lag? here is the list of mods I have. (put in a spoiler just to not flood this thread with random mods)

So the lag either delays or Cancels my Build/attack Buttons and so Mobs get more free hits >.<, It also Doesn't allow me to move the camera that much or it will lag..... a lot
Impossible to tell from the mod list. you could try using a tool like Opis orvirtualVM to check what takes the longest to update. Also get some performance mods like Optifine and Fastcraft.
What's your CPU by the way? Minecraft is rather CPU heavy and mods increase the load.
Might as well try that, and yeah I know, Its a pretty long list .-., anyways I'll try doing so, Also I have Optifine just not Fastcraft (never heard of it, but Ill try it anyway)
That's not really telling much. I'll need to know it's clock speed or the exact model number. Clock speed is pretty much the most important factor for Minecraft right now (until 1.8 really kicks on). There are a lot of i7 models for laptops, with clocks ranging from piddly 1.07GHz to over 4Ghz. Anything below 3GHz might get pretty laggy with many mods (I have 3GHz and it's sometimes terrible).
And look for the Fastcraft mod. Should be somewhere on the IC2 forums. It's made by player, the current maintainer of IC2 and Forestry.
Its only 2.20, for whatever reason I thought it was four, so that may be whats causing the lag? also its model is Z410

So it seems you have the Z410 model with an i7-4702MQ. 2.2GHz normal, 3.2 in turbo mode. 4 cores, you might have confused that with clock speed. Number of cores isn't very relevant for Minecraft (again, until 1.8).
Now, it seems your model should also have a Nvidia GT740M. Not terribly powerfull but should make Miencraft run better if you turn it on for Java. Go to Nvidia Control panel, find an option called "Preferred graphical processor" and set it to Nvidia for "javaw.exe" (or for everything, it will drain the battery faster though).
