I'm trying to install the Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 client for my brother, but it doesn't fully install. It gets almost completed, but the says that it couldn't install some files and to try again. I tried four more times after, no luck. I want to get some mods that I have(More Mobs Mod, SecurityCraft, Damage Indicators(not working correctly), and Dragon Mounts) so he can join me in it. Please someone help!

Have you tried running Minecraft 1.7.10 unmodded. Then re-try installing it.
I've tried that. No luck. I'm also wondering if players playing over LAN need the same mods installed to play together.If not, does it have to be same profile?

My brother got lucky and it got successfully installed! Once I get my problem with OBS fixed, my brother will be sometimes appearing on my videos.
BTW, I don't have any videos uploaded on YouTube. After the problem with OBS is fixed, I will start making vids.
