Hi everyone, i'm really angry atm cuz my minecraft world which I have been working on for around 2 months is bugged. I am playing on 1.7.2 and have never logged into that world with any other version. The mods i have installed with forge are damage indicators, optifine, better sprint mod, armor status hub and potion status hub. I have been playing on the world with those mods since i created the world 2 months ago, no change in mods. So, I was in the nether making an auto blaze farm when I had to do something IRL, so I escaped and quit minecraft normally (while in the nether) and went to do my work for about 2 hours. After I came back I was desperate to finish my blaze farm off and when I logged into minecraft, I was in the overworld even though I disconnected in the nether, my inventory was completely empty, but my world was normal and when I went back into the nether none of my inventory stuff was there. Im really angry cuz I had all my 23 diamonds on me, my diamond armor and my diamond tools, and my inventory just cleared, and u may be wondering why i was carrying my diamonds on me, well that was cuz I wanted to show one of my friends via skype, and I didnt put my diamonds back but worked on my farm as i was confident i would not die with them cuz i had fire resistance pot. Thx for reading hopefully i can fix this, btw i have no backups, also sorry for typing like this, im really angry cuz the world inventory is gone.

I used to backup my old world very often but I found that it was not necessary, so i didn't back up anything in this world, well if there really is no solution is there a way to avoid it next time, other than the obvious way of backing up worlds.
And also I'd like to know the cause of this, is it due to the mods? or just minecraft itself?

Nope, I've never downloaded any virus, I always make sure I download safe stuff, also I've not run any pc cleanups or antivirus scans for about 3 months and my computer has great specs. I have not went into my .minecraft folder for about 2 months and have not changed anything in the launcher too.

Yes i get this, but i want to know if there is there a way to fix? And avoid in the future other than backing it up? And also what caused the corruption?

Alright SeaWry D: I guess i'll have to spawn back the stuff, I never wanted to do it because I was 100% legit on this world. Also ill back up my worlds now more often. Lesson learnt, thanks guys and gals.
and btw im not using cracked mc

Maybe the data on the world got deleted somehow
Not saying you are using an cracked client, but player data likely bugged out. The world is fine, player data not so much.
Without an backup, nothing to be done, but can spawn back in stuff lost if know what was lost.
It makes sense
and lol eevee is the best digimon
