Your graphics card is not supported for windows 8.1, AMD have not and will not be making the drivers you need as the card is too old now, you need to downgrade windows to 8 or lower
Well, I would save for a new leptop if I had a monthly income, because nor I receive money from my parents neither I'm at age for working.
I think forcing it to ATI Radeon HD 4000 Graphics wouldn't force the computer too much, but would let me play.

ModeratorIt maybe possible to force the windows 8 drivers into place by manually installing them, but that may not work.
To be honest your best bet would be to save up for a new laptop, minecraft may look simple but it needs a decent amount of power

Reinstalled the ATI 3200 HD driver and somehow fixed the problems, I think when I reinstalled it, it was upgraded to a newer OPENGL version.
