I'm having the weirdest problem I ever encountered, here is the deal:
I have a Railcraft tank of oil. The oil goes to Buildcraft distillery/refinery. Then, the produced fuel goes back to another Railcraft tank. Currently I have around 900,000mb of fuel. HOWEVER. When I reach for example 970,000, or 1 000 000mb and go to Nether, and then come back (even instantly), suddenly I have about 40,000-60,000 of fuel less. So to put it simply, going to the Nether and coming back from it reduce my fuel amount significantly. I tried also with other storage tanks from other mods, also with drums from Extra utilities.
I do produce more fuel than I use in my base, that is not the case.
Closing the world and loading it again does not affect the fuel amount, only going to the nether.
