I've recently downloaded this Mod Pack >http://www.kovacicsminecraft.com/download.php?event=thanks&dl=mpw< and when I attempt to play it, this Error pops up

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Has anyone else had this problem with Minecraft not working properly? Perhaps can you give me suggestions?
