Error: Could not create the java virtual machine.

Error: A fatal exeption has occuried. Program will exit.

it happend in every modpack i tested:tekkit, tekkit lite, attack of the b team, tppi, voltz, era do futuro, etc..
and i aleardy re-installed technic
