Basically, this is the same issue posted at Mojang here. Chests and other objects that have 3D animations render out of order, causing weird perspective glitches when viewed at different angles and distances. (See Attachments Below)
I'm running the latest versions of Java and Forge, and the number of mods I'm using is high(70, including Optifine), but aside from Fastcraft 1.9 and Optifine, i dint think any of them impact how textures are rendered. I've tried removing either and both, no impact on how objects render. just today I upgraded my graphics card in Windows 8 to a GEForce 550Ti and the issue persists. I can post a full list of the mods I'm using, but searching the Internet shows it's a known problem. I'm hoping one of you has experience with this problem and knows more than I've been able to research. I appreciate any and all help.
I tried just about everything I could find online to fix this issue, but it strangely fixed itself--whether permanently or not I don't know--when I clicked F3 and the graphics reloaded, as they sometimes do. I should preface this by saying Optifine was giving me some horrible graphical glitches and I had just unloaded it, as well as returning my Nvidia settings to their defaults.
