I've have upgraded to win 8.1 pro and now i get errors when i wanna play minecraft. The white screen come up and this pops up. and it says that i have outdated drivers

So I've tried everything but i can't download any drivers. i atleast don't know how to do it i've tried but i never come to an "this is the drivers u need click download" button. i have AMD. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series. do i need to buy a new pc in order to play minectraft or is it something i can do? i really want to play it.
