So i have notenoughitems and it worked for a while then i searched for something,deleted it but it was stuck on the results,whenever i search it just stays on that search from earlier!I uninstalled all nei data then reinstalled it,that worked for a while but then i searched and i did again,i then reinstalled it,and it worked for a while then happened AGAIN,i can't stand it happening so much,please help
This bug happened to me in the latest 1.7.10 versions of NEI. currently, I know no fix for it. the only thing you can do is to restart your client and then it'll be okay again.
So, I don't know how much I helped you, but you don't need to reinstall just to reload client
