I have a I guess you would say minecraft account on 2 different computers I use the same login on both computers. but my worlds on one computer don't show up on the other computer. My question is how can I combine them so I can see all worlds on both computers. I play in singleplayer if that helps.
Try saving your worlds in Dropbox, it's free and easy to set up, you just need to know a bit about file structure to direct Minecraft to the correct location.

Moderatoryou can goto your saves folder one one computer C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves
in the saves folder you will see the worlds on that machine, you can copy the folder for the world you want from that machine to another
