I can't use Ctrl in minecraft 1.8 but it works fine on 1.7.10 and below.
I'm a mapmaker and I need to use a CRAP TON OF COMMAND BLOCK and just type LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG codes takes forver I need to copy and paste them. UNFORTUNATELY, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V doesn't work on minecraft 1.8 !!!
It's very very very annoying, because when I need to paste command I need to get back to 1.7.10, but when I did this, ALL ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL of my geared mobs / 1.8 features DISAPEARED

what kind of keyboard are you using? cause if its the windows one try to use the windows button or something or go into the settings and change the crt key to something else. i dont have my linux computer running right now ( power supply died sadface )
