Having trouble logging into Minecraft.

Hello.

I have not been on the internet for a while so the email I was using for my non-migrated account has been disconnected.

Also, I have forgotten my minecraft.net password.

Together, these problems creates a problem that seems impossible to solve, without contacting Mojang Support directly.

Is there a way to solve this conundrum?
