Just today I logged on to play, my character began sorta tping/moving several blocks quicker than normal. I've tested it in a SP world still happense I don't have any fps drops whatsoever so it can't be that. I've uninstall/reinstalled mc. Restarted pc/modem nothing changed it.
It sounds kinda like a server de-sync issue. Make sure you don't have any programs in the background reading/writing to your hard drive a lot, including other programs using the windows swap file heavily. Also check to make sure you don't have anything using a lot of ram or cpu (other than javaw.exe).
If that doesn't work try giving javaw.exe above normal priority in task manager. If all else fails someone smarter than I may have a reasonable explanation lol
Well my drive shouldn't be too much of an issue. I've done many downloads on steam while playing mc on my SSD.
(still uploading footage of it, if only my upload speed was as good as my download speed)
I would still check those other points I mentioned. Maybe a new program started running in the background since the last time you logged in (before today).
I checked other games it's happening to them too so I decided to restore my pc to 2 days prior everything seems fine but I still don't know what caused it.
I'm glad to see you fixed the issue. It may have been a bit of malware that snuck onto your rig and started camping out in your ram that restoring your machine got rid of. Others have been having issues with 1.8 lagging but I haven't heard so much of server de-syncing.
