Before I see a bunch of CHECK YOUR CONTROLS or TRY I and E, I have done all of the above and been all over the internet. So, I need more help than that.
so it's just the server lagging behind my client? I don't think that makes sense because I sat there for about 30 seconds and it didn't come up. Also, pressing 'o' brings up my loadout. I think this is more a clientside problem.

The Inventory is server-side because it needs to load inventory data from the server.
The TooManyItems or NotEnough items or whatever you use is client-sided.
What is your system specs and how many mods do you use?
