As the title suggests I can't seem to get a shader to work properly.
I was originally having a bug where the shader would work for a second or so, then it would only show white outline of sorts.
I happened to notice that when using the internal shader (Or none option), the bars only showed up at when (what felt like) a certain block was in view.
I tried it with a couple different shaders, but I had the same issue.
I am using the Material Energy 3 modpack.
The problem doesn't seem to occur in the Crash Landing modpack.
(Crash landing doesn't have carpenter blocks is my best guess.)

Computer specs:
Dual-SLI EVGA Nvidia GTX 760's
Intel I7-3770k Processor
Hard drive the game is on: Samsung 250 gig SSD
I'm giving the game 8 gigs of ram.
Windows 7
Shader version: ShadersModCore-v2.2.2-mc1.6.4-f965
The first attachment is when I disable shaders and look around.
The second attachment is with a shader enabled.
Also, I've had these cards for a few months and have played many games with no issues.
I'm currently re-installing my graphics driver.

Could carpenter blocks be causing problems?
