When on forge 1.7.10, only a section of the screen shows.

So I installed Forge 1.7.10. It wouldn't load up so I deleted my old mods folder. Now it has loaded but only shows a partial bit of the minecraft title screen.(attachment) I am using windows vista if that helps.
