Hello I'm trying to launch minecraft 1.8 (I've tried older versions) on a lenovo t60. It has a ati mobility x1400(afaik). I'm running windows 7, 32 bit. My java version is 7 u67.
After I start the game from the launcher the minecraft window pops up, its completely see-through & it just hangs there. When I close the game, since it doesn't do anything no matter how long I wait, the last thing in the game launcher log is: "created: 512x512 textures-atlas".
I have made some progress. Now the window osnt unresponsive, after downgrading my video drivers, however it is still transparent in windowed mode, and in fullscreen I do get a picture… but the whole screen rapidly flickers.
